  • Encrypted Meta API tokens.
  • Conversation metadata and logs.
  • Usage analytics for service improvement.

🗑️ How to Delete Your Data

1 Self-Service Deletion
  1. Login to your dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm permanent deletion.

Automatically revokes Meta permissions and removes logs.

2 Manual Deletion Request
  1. Email: privacy@konnectgoftech.com
  2. Subject: Data Deletion Request
  3. We may verify your identity.

Processed within 7 business days.

Important Notes
  • Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • Invoices retained for tax compliance (no message content).
  • Meta data must be managed directly in Meta Business settings.
